We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our dynamic team. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a commitment to quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail.
1st shift 7am -3pm
2nd shift 3pm-11pm
Responsibilities
- Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications
- Inspect items for quality assurance before packing
- Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report any discrepancies or issues with products to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in packing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment
