Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and licensed Journeyman Electrician (3 + years) to join our Electrical Division in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you’ll support operations by assembling new systems, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical and electronic equipment. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity—not a contractor/per diem position—with real potential to grow alongside a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical and electronic systems, including PLCs, VFDs, process instrumentation, pumps, motor controls, and power distribution
- Assist with equipment installation and start-up both in-house and on customer sites
- Provide technical support to customers in person, over the phone, and on-site
- Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure accurate system documentation
- Design and produce electrical schematics and Bills of Materials
- Properly size and select components like wire, conduit, switches, circuit breakers, and panels
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team
What We’re Looking For
- Active Journeyman Electrician’s License (required)
- 3+ years experience with electrical installation, troubleshooting and repair of industrial systems and equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, P&IDs, and system layouts
- Experience with instrumentation calibration and configuration
- Hands-on experience with wiring and conduit installation
- Familiarity with PLC programming and SCADA systems is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) check
- Must be able to pass random drug screening (per our Drug-Free Workplace policy)
- Must pass a background check for projects involving government contracts
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, bending, overhead lifting, and use of hands/arms
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour
