Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized thoroughly, adhering to health and safety protocols for the well-being of residents.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as organizing spaces and maintaining supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform routine cleans, deep cleans, and move in/ out cleans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
