Overview
Our team is looking to add to our already amazing staff with team members who are efficient, guest focused, and consistent. Reliability and hospitality skills are a must. We are located in an area with high volume pops, and will require a talented bartender with an experienced skill set.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area to ensure health standards are met
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for order processing and payments
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to food safety management practices
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the bar fully equipped for service
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, efficient, and enjoyable environment for all guests
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or bar settings is preferred, demonstrating strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management is essential for maintaining hygiene standards
- Familiarity with POS systems for quick and accurate order processing
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude towards food safety practices and responsible alcohol service
- Previous experience in food safety management is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Your first shift will be an unpaid stage shift to determine whether you fit with our team dynamic, followed by a two week paid training and probationary period. Although we are a fun focused bar, management is adamant about the standards we uphold and the environment we create. Pay: $24.06 - $48.97 per hour
