Come join our small, BCBA-owned ABA company focusing on serving Somerset and Hunterdon county clients in their homes. We pride ourselves on fostering a close-knit feel within our company - most of our therapists have been with us for at least 3 years! We are a perfect company for those looking for part-time, flexible hours as well as open-ended hours over the summer.
ABA therapist will provide 1:1 services in a student's home . This specific job is looking for 6-10 daytime hours (between ~9-1) per week partially flexible within agreed upon availability within the Ringoes area. Applicant must be comfortable with and have experience working with high energy children who use alternative communication and also with working closely with family in a natural environment to address learner readiness skills, basic daily living skills, and functional life skills. ABA therapist will be part of a seasoned team and will have the opportunity to shadow as well. Therapist will work under the supervision of co-owners/BCBAs and will be trained on and required to follow individualized programs and take corresponding data. Pay begins at $30/hour for and increases based upon relevant education and experience. RBT supervision can be provided within the job.
