This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN with tracheostomy (trach), G-tube and O2 experience who enjoys building meaningful relationships while delivering high-quality, individualized care in a school setting
Schedule
We are hiring for:
- Day Shift: 9:00/9:30AM-3:30PM
Coverage is needed Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
- Perform tracheostomy (trach) care and suctioning as needed
- Manage G-tube feedings and care
- Administer medications as ordered
- Monitor and document patient condition and nursing interventions
- Communicate effectively with the patient's family and healthcare team
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Experience with tracheostomy (trach) care required
- Experience with G-tube care and enteral feedings required
- Experience with O2 care required
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $31.00 per hour
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
