About the Role
As a Budtender at our Oregrown Flagship Bend location, you’re not just selling cannabis, you’re helping people find the right vibe for their day. You’ll be the first friendly face customers see when they walk through the door, guiding both first-time consumers and long-time enthusiasts toward products that make their experience unforgettable.

Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Current OLCC Marijuana Handler’s Permit
- Current drivers license with a clean driving record
- Previous cannabis retail experience preferred
- Willingness to cover delivery and reception shifts when needed
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide top-tier customer service and cannabis education
- Check in customers at the front desk
- Recommend products that match each customer’s goals and preferences
- Handle cash and verify IDs accurately
- Keep the shop stocked, clean, and looking great
- Maintain compliance with all OLCC regulations
- Update menus, fulfill online orders, and support opening/closing duties
- Communicate clearly with your team and management
- Cross-trained on delivery and reception

Delivery Driver duties include but are not limited to:
- Lift, load, and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Physical ability to handle repetitive walking, lifting, bending and stooping
- Ability to know or learn the delivery area
- Must be punctual
- Filling online orders and delivering to local residents
- Clear communication with managers
A company vehicle will be provided. A driving background check will be required. A clean driving record, with no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months.
