American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in York County, PA, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and serving patients across York and neighboring counties.

Home health setting primarily covering western York County and Adams County, with potential support for neighboring counties

Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30)

Weekend rotation required

Holiday coverage required on an as-needed basis

No on-call requirements

OASIS documentation experience is preferred but not required

May care for COVID-positive patients

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required

Current PT license required if applicable

BLS certification required

Ability to travel across a multi-county service area

Candidate will undergo a clinical pre-screen to determine fit, followed by a manager interview if approved

Mileage reimbursement is provided at the current standard rate
