Harrison Bridge ABA is a growing in-home ABA provider serving children with autism across the Charlotte area. We're hiring an experienced BCBA to lead clinically and grow with us into a Clinical Director role as we expand across North Carolina.

Your role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee treatment quality and adjust programs based on data
- Provide clinical direction and support to RBTs
- Partner with families to drive meaningful, lasting progress
- Help shape the clinical standards that grow with the company
What you bring:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Active NC LBA, or in the process of obtaining one
- Several years of BCBA experience
- Strong clinical judgment and a genuine commitment to quality care
