As a Controls Technician, you'll troubleshoot and optimize PLCs, instrumentation, and electrical systems while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, safety, and product quality. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm with occasional overtime

Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and program plant controls systems, including PLCs, HMIs, DCS, VFDs, instrumentation, and electrical infrastructure.

Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to technicians while supporting high-quality maintenance practices.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, ladder logic, and control system documentation to support maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

High School Diploma or GED

3+ years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience, including PLC programming, hardware, and equipment troubleshooting

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, high and low voltage experience, and interface with ladder logic.

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

Experience in the alcohol beverage, food and beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing industry.

Rockwell Automation controls training or certification.

Allen Bradley and Panasonic PLC Experience

Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance.
