Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician for 2 years minimum.
- Construction experience is highly desirable to understand building infrastructure integration.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, and building automation system layouts effectively.
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles combined with mechanical knowledge of refrigeration cycles, boiler operation, air conditioning systems, and mechanical systems repair.
- Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters; familiarity with electrical systems troubleshooting is essential.
- Experience working with plumbing components related to HVAC/R applications; familiarity with equipment troubleshooting is required.
- Valid driver’s license (preferably <PERSON> driver) with a clean driving record; ability to operate various hand tools safely is necessary.
