We're hiring a Front of House Manager to lead our Snow City Cafe team!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented leader who keeps service running smoothly while supporting both staff and guests. They are responsible for hiring, training, and productivity of the Front of House team. They should motivate team on sales building, developing relationships with staff and guests, and on-going development of the Front of House team. Snow City Cafe is known for an energetic, people-first environment focused on hospitality, accountability, and leadership development.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years FOH restaurant experience
- Able to adapt and remain positive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment
- Possess strong professional oral and written communication skills necessary for interacting with staff, guests, and vendors over the phone, in person, and via email
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive, adaptable, and organized
- Passion for guest experience
- Problem solving ability and sound judgement
- Work fluidly as part of a team or independently
- Knowledgeable of the restaurant’s policies, procedures, and systems
- Take ownership of operations
- Must be able to communicate, write, and understand English
- Must possess basic math skills and be able to operate a cash register and POS system
- Must have basic knowledge of Google Drive and internet
- ServSafe or MOA Food Worker Card + TAP Card required
- Must be 21+

Compensation - DOE $55,000 - $60,000 Annually
