We're hiring a Front of House Manager to lead our Snow City Cafe team!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented leader who keeps service running smoothly while supporting both staff and guests. This person also oversees the success of the bar and coffeehouse departments. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and leading a strong FOH team.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years FOH restaurant experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive, adaptable, and organized
- Passion for guest experience
- Must be able to communicate, write, and understand English
- Must possess basic math skills and be able to operate a cash register and POS system
- Must have basic knowledge of Google Drive and internet
- ServSafe or MOA Food Worker Card + TAP Card required
- Must be 21+
