Position Summary
We are seeking remote Physicians and Family Nurse Practitioners to deliver comprehensive primary care via telehealth to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients (pediatrics optional, depending on scope). This role is ideal for clinicians who value community health, culturally responsive care, bilingual engagement, and flexible scheduling within a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth visits: history, evaluation, and focused exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions remotely
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications per NY/NJ regulations
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
- Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
- Support chronic disease management and care coordination
- Collaborate virtually with behavioral health and specialty providers
- Document accurately and efficiently in the EMR
- Provide compassionate, culturally competent care to a diverse, multilingual population
Qualifications (Physicians & FNPs)
- Active license in New York or New Jersey (licensure in both strongly preferred)
- For Physicians: MD or DO; board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or related primary care specialty
- For FNPs: APRN/FNP license; board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current DEA (and applicable state controlled substance registration) or ability to obtain
- Experience in outpatient primary care, urgent care, telehealth, or community health
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment
- Commitment to equitable, culturally responsive care; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

- Care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
Schedule & Employment Type
- Fully remote
- Part-time / Per diem, 1099 independent contractor
- Flexible scheduling; ~20 hours per week preferred
- Weekday availability required; occasional weekends and evenings a plus
Pay: From $85.00 per hour
