Job Details
FreshFin is changing the fast-casual dining experience, and we want you to be a part of it as a Crew Member at our FreshFin Draper shop!
This Prep/Kitchen position will focus on morning shifts (starting at 6am). The responsibilities include:

Use your culinary skills by preparing proteins, vegetables and fruits, recipes and sauces to FreshFin specifications and standards.

Assist in fulfilling catering orders that are due in the mornings before lunch rushes or events.

Follow high standards for cleanliness, food safety and sanitization.
- If shifts are scheduled during lunches, work on the food line and prepare our delicious menu to exact recipe standards and within ticket time expectations.

You are energized by working as part of a team, and you demonstrate teamwork in your words and actions by actively seeking out opportunities to pitch-in and help the team wherever it may be needed.
