Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and explain QR code menu
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests they may have
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and assist busser
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth communication and service flow
Requirements:
- Excellent guest relations skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A helpful attitude and willingness to assist guests and team members
- Knowledge of food service procedures and basic menu items
