Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, floor care, and surface sanitation across residential spaces.
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use.
- Maintain a high level of organization by managing time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings within designated timeframes.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles with a focus on detailed cleaning procedures.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning, and floor care equipment operation.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and sanitation products,
- Ability to perform light lifting safely and execute manual handling tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple client homes.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
