What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
- Perform drain cleaning, repairs, and replacements
- Educate homeowners on repair options, maintenance plans, and financing
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Work closely with Dispatch and Customer Service to deliver a five-star customer experience
- Mentor apprentices and support team success
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience
- 4,000+ Washington State L&I hours (Required)
- Washington State 02 Plumbing License (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first attitude
