Procurement Specialist
Pay: $22-$32/hour DOE

Position Summary
A leading employee-owned retailer is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support property accounting, equipment procurement, and facilities maintenance operations. This role is responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating vendor services, tracking project requests, and ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of equipment for store operations, remodels, and new locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage help desk tickets for maintenance, repair, and equipment requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Create, process, and track purchase orders for new stores, remodels, and ongoing facility projects.
- Review and audit invoices, purchase orders, and maintenance expenses for accuracy and proper documentation.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes, compare pricing, and assist with sourcing service providers and equipment vendors.
- Maintain procurement records, process documentation, and project tracking to support efficient operations and compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, facilities maintenance support, or purchase order/invoice processing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and vendor relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AS400 and/or Lawson ERP systems.
- Familiarity with construction documents, equipment procurement, or facilities maintenance operations.
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
