Depending on the state, up to 50% of every ticket sold goes to support state projects including outdoor conservation, academic scholarships and educational programs, social services, pensions for union employees, elder assistance programs, and much more.
What's the role?
In this position you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting daily lottery ticket production, while maintaining communication with other company departments. You will follow our standard operating procedures, monitor performance and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.

What you'll do:
Production Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact on the production floor on shift to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues, escalating immediately to the Operations Manager for urgent matters.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor, operate and optimize performance of the proprietary company software and equipment
- Direct the production room, guiding workflow and completing tasks as necessary to ensure fluid operations.
- Facilitate training for both processes and professional growth, to build engaged and empowered teams.
- Ensure accurate chain of custody for high value winnings, including delivery to winners
- Manage logistics, inventory, and courier activities
- Open or close the location following company procedures (including security protocols).
- Participate in promotion initiatives for the location
What you need:
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Ambitious drive, strong individual contributor and team player
- Affinity for technology and a can-do attitude
- Familiarity with G-Suite tools and E-commerce platforms
- Personal smartphone
