We will be holding a 2-day OPEN INTERVIEW HIRING EVENT at 1:00 PM on Saturday 8/22/26 and Sunday 8/23/26.
All are welcome. No interview confirmation needed.

We are looking for both full-time and part-time dog handlers.
We are located at 13501 Butternut Rd, Burton, Ohio. There are 2 driveways at that address. Do NOT use the short driveway with the house close to the road, instead follow the long driveway straight to the back of property. Look for a large 2-story building with our signage on the front of the building. Parking is available in the front and back of the building.

While we are interested in individuals who may have previous dog daycare, boarding, veterinary training, horse or other related animal experience, we are more interested in attitude and work ethic. We want a “can do” spirit – with the right attitude. We take care of every dog as if they are the only dog in our care and that takes people who believe in our core values: Customer Commitment, Respect, Integrity, Quality, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continual Improvement.
Dog cuddles are a huge part of this job, but don’t be fooled! Our work at The UltiMutt Inn is physically and mentally demanding. The rewards are immense, but it takes the right person to be able to juggle all of the duties and keep the dogs safe. If you are “just looking for a job”, The UltiMutt Inn is probably NOT the place for you.
What You’ll Do…
- Supervise and interact with dogs in group play sessions
- Monitor behavior, ensure safety, and keep tails wagging
- Engage dogs with games, enrichment activities, and snuggles
- Help with feeding, watering, and basic grooming
- Maintain a clean, spotless facility
- Work closely with a fun-loving team who shares your passion for pets

- With strong communication and teamwork skills
- Who moves with a purpose and has a strong work ethic
- Who has patience and a positive attitude
- That has the ability to be on your feet indoors or outdoors, rain or shine
- Prior experience in pet care is a plus, but is not required
