About the Role
We believe shopping and gifting should be a joyful experience, and we're looking for a Joy of Living Sales Lead who brings that energy to our store every day. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, finds happiness in helping customers find the perfect gift, and leads with enthusiasm and warmth.
As our Sales Lead, you'll help set the tone for both customers and team members — making sure our space feels welcoming, exciting, and full of positive energy. You'll play a key role in boosting sales by engaging customers, sharing great selling techniques, and helping create a shopping experience that feels effortless and fun.
What You'll Be Doing
- Spreading Joy – Make shopping feel special and effortless, helping customers find gifts they're excited to give
- Supporting the Team – Be a positive role model for exceptional customer service and smart selling strategies
- Boosting Sales – Help customers discover products they love, suggest thoughtful add-ons, and create a warm, inviting shopping experience
- Keeping Things Running Smoothly – Step in where needed to make sure the store is organized and flowing well
- Being a Reliable Presence – You'll be a steady, consistent part of the team on a set weekly schedule

Schedule
This is a consistent 30-hour-per-week position with the following set schedule:
Sunday
8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Monday
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday
10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Thursday
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Compensation & Perks
- Hourly Pay: $18 – $20 per hour (depending on experience)
