Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to support construction, maintenance, and operational activities. Responsibilities
- Assist with residential renovation projects (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decks, sunrooms, additions etc.)
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall, trim work, and general construction tasks
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
- Work efficiently as part of a team and follow project timelines
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision to complete assigned tasks
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and work areas
- Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to maintain a safe, organized workspace
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial settings
- Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites and punctuality are essential
