About the Role:
Elite Building Services is looking to hire a hands-on, Lead Cleaner in the Wilmington, DE. area. Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be able to clean and lead the team simultaneously.
Location: Linden Hill Road, Wilmington, DE
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Be the team lead for a crew of cleaners to be sure the entire scope of work is being completed.

Clean designated areas

Be sure all supplies are well stocked for our cleaners to use.

Check all dispensers each night to be sure they are all properly filled.

Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager for Elite.

Making sure each employee is clocking in and out properly each night.

Handle all call outs and arrange to cover all responsibilities.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Hours/Days of Operation: Monday thru Friday, 5:00pm to 9:00 pm. Occasional weekends as needed.
Role Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Janitorial experience is a plus (Not Required)

Floorcare experience & Floorcare machine knowledge a plus (Not Required)

General commercial cleaning experience a plus (Not Required)
Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day

Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time

Climb stairs and ladders
