Summary:
Fabcor is currently seeking a Multi-Faceted Individual with the necessary skills to perform the position of Shop Foreman.
Duties will include supervision and hands on management.
Must be able to manage production and coordinate jobs through the shop daily to ensure high performance of production and quality while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications include:
- Experience in Metal Fabrication
- Quality Control
- Laser cutting
- Machining
- Forming
- Welding
- Painting
- Assembly
- Blue Print experience
- Type “A” personality
Individual must have a high meticulous attention to detail with strong managerial and analytical skills. Driven to achieve success. Self-motivated, extremely dependable & efficient, able to problem solve and perform in a fast pace environment. Do what it takes mentality.
Fabcor will offer a first shift salary based position. Pay depends on qualifications and experience.
