Great opportunity for a Masters Level or higher clinician/therapist with at least 2 years of experience providing therapy to children and their families. The therapist will be employed by Mid-Fairfield Community Care Center in Norwalk, CT and will be provide school/community-based therapy to students in Norwalk public schools. Therapist will also support adolsecents in the agencies Intensive Outpatient Program facilitating groups and serving as the primary clinician providing individual and amily therapy. Clincian will be located at the school in the IOP program to provide treatment during the school day, but also offer some afternoon and evening appointments for families. Bilingual Spanish or Creole is highly valued and experience in trauma-informed therapy is a plus.
Schedule
Position is a full time, 40 hour position, Monday through Friday, 12-month position.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range $54,000-72,000+ based on credentials, experience and skills. Additional compensation offered for exceeding productivity quotas.
