We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Public Area Attendant who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and beautifully maintained spaces throughout the hotel.
What You’ll Do
As a Public Area Attendant, you’ll help ensure all shared spaces remain spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests at all times. Your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and maintaining lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and other public spaces

Replenishing restroom supplies, lobby amenities, and other guest-facing items throughout the shift

Responding quickly to spills, trash removal needs, and guest service requests

Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment concerns

Assisting with deep-cleaning projects, floor care, and seasonal cleaning tasks

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of supply closets, carts, and equipment

Following all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures

Supporting the housekeeping team with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
What You Bring

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (hotel or commercial setting ideal)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision

Good communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude

Physical ability to bend, lift, push carts, and stand or walk for extended periods

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
