A Creative Clinical Role – Be the Face of ABA Training
Are you a BCaBA who is confident on camera and passionate about teaching others?
Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is seeking a full-time Training Specialist to help create engaging, high-quality training content for our national network of ABA centers. This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with creativity—developing video content that will train RBTs and support families across the country.
Content Creation (Primary Focus)
- Film and appear on camera as a professional, engaging trainer
- Create RBT training video content and scripts for our Learning Management System (LMS). Ensure all content respectfully models working with autistic children in a clinic setting. Collaborate with leadership to align content with SOS clinical standards
- Produce parent training videos for our YouTube channel
LMS & Training Support
- Upload and manage training content within the LMS
- Assist with LMS-related issues, including correcting certificates of completion
- Create quizzes, activities, and knowledge checks to reinforce learning courses
- Ensure a smooth and effective training experience for RBTs nationwide
In-person training
- one week per month, SOS corporate holds an in-person training to new franchisees
- You will teach them by following our curriculum and answering their questions

Qualifications
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and RBT-level training
- Comfortable and confident on camera with strong communication skills
- Experience training staff or presenting preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable
- Passion for improving quality of care for children with autism
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
