The Opportunity
Arcana Recovery is a telehealth-only outpatient addiction treatment program launching in Pennsylvania. We are seeking a qualified Clinical Supervisor to serve as the Designated Clinical Authority and provide clinical oversight for all services.
This is a contracted role. You will partner closely with leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality care delivery within a structured outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Designated Clinical Authority with oversight of all clinical services, treatment decisions, and care standards
- Ensure compliance with 28 Pa. Code § 704.11 and all DDAP licensing requirements
- Provide supervision to clinical staff, including review of documentation, treatment plans, and service delivery
- Oversee implementation of evidence-based practices in substance use disorder treatment
- Maintain a small caseload of clients (approximately 5) and provide direct clinical services as needed
- Conduct case reviews and support clinical decision-making for complex cases
- Partner with the Medical Director to coordinate care, including medication-assisted treatment when applicable
- Support program readiness for licensing, audits, and ongoing regulatory review
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Active Pennsylvania license as an LPC or LCSW (required)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a health or human services setting
- At least 1 year of direct experience in substance use disorder treatment (required)
- Experience providing clinical supervision strongly preferred
- Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) or CAADC preferred
- Strong understanding of addiction outpatient treatment standards and documentation requirements
Additional Considerations
- Experience with telehealth service delivery preferred
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania Medical Assistance and managed care organizations is a plus
- Current credentialing with Highmark, UPMC, or Pennsylvania Medical Assistance (strong plus)

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
