Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for contributing to Malone's promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales, recruitment marketing, and build brand awareness. The Marketing Specialist would also be responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization.

The Responsibilities:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing
- Build and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Support multi-channel campaigns aligned with sales and business development goals
- Support and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers and candidates
- Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
- Research, identify, and qualify new leads from both new and existing clients
- Ensures that all proposals, sales slicks, presentations, and general marketing materials portray our brand, producing best-in-class and competitive marketing materials
- Supports relationships and activities for outside marketing vendors: Promo shop, printers, office signage
- Assist in managing marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, SourceWhale)
- Support lead tracking, segmentation, and nurturing workflows
- Provides consultation and support for local branches
- Implements and leverages the best tools to create, execute, and report on marketing campaigns
- Develop thought leadership pieces
- Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand messaging and content strategy
- Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline development
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple brands (Malone Workforce Solutions, Malone Healthcare, Malone Homecare, Family Tree Care Services, AllStaff)
The Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Passion for marketing and driven by curiosity
- Ability to promote and adapt quickly to company initiatives
