Job Summary
Liberty First Lending is seeking highly motivated and experienced Debt Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and inbound sales experience. As a Debt Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping enroll clients in our debt resolution program and provide tailored financial solutions to help them achieve financial freedom. This position requires a deep understanding of credit, debt settlement programs and consolidation options. Exceptional communication skills, and a passion for assisting clients in regaining control of their financial well-being is highly preferred. The Debt Consultant will primarily engage with clients, guiding them through our services and helping them find the best debt relief solutions. All calls are 100% inbound, with high-quality, warm leads. This role will require someone that has strong self confidence, self driven, ambitious and confident in overcoming objections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to assess their financial situation and develop personalized debt restructuring plans.
- Educate clients on debt relief programs, including consolidation loans and debt settlement options.
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage sales pipelines.
- Consistently meet monthly KPI targets, including enrollment goals, debt load objectives, talk time minimums, and other key performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the debt resolution process, ensuring a smooth transition toward financial stability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in debt consulting, mortgage lending, loan origination, financial services, or debt consolidation programs.
- Strong understanding of lending products, debt relief programs, and financial restructuring solutions.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and business development strategies.
- Sales experience in financial products or debt resolution is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for client tracking and sales management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse financial backgrounds.
- A proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
