Responsibilities
· Prepare and cook menu items to exacting standards
· Follow recipes and presentation guidelines
· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
· Work efficiently during busy service periods
· Communicate and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
· Assist with basic prep and kitchen organization as needed
Qualifications
· Previous restaurant cooking experience preferred
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
· Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
· Reliable, punctual, and professional
· Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus
