Client Services and Operations Specialist
We are hiring for a fast-growing financial services firm committed to providing innovative planning and solutions to our clients. This role is vital, ensuring smooth day to day operations of the practice while providing superior customer service to existing clients & prospects.
This role will require you to manage application submission and account transfer follow up, incoming client calls, outbound follow-ups, database management, client appointment preparation, and helping to manage the overall operations of our firm.
Qualifications:
● Complete and process new business applications
● Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner
● Process & follow-up on client service work
● Update & review database/CRM to reflect account status regarding new business and/or service
● Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system
● Follow-up on pending business and contact individual clients with updates
● Assist Advisors with pre-appointment requirements
● Calendar management
● Prepare, manage, and track the new business pipeline
● Assist Advisors with client support and mailings, educational workshops, and client events as needed
● Act as phone back-up to other members of the team
● Maintain current Advisor’s licenses and appointments with agencies and companies
Minimum Requirements:
● Prior experience working in financial industry
● Life Insurance & Securities License(s) preferred
● Experience with custodial platforms like Schwab Advisor Center and Fidelity Wealthscape preferred
● Experience with CRM systems preferred
