Duties and Responsibilities for the role of Chiropractic Assistant
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of anatomy
- Knowledgeable in diagnostic, orthopedic, neurologic, muscle testing that is required by their licensure and/or certification
- Knowledgeable in additional testing utilized by Dr. McBrearty and staff to assess patients and their conditions
- Knowledgeable in the philosophy and protocols used by McBrearty Soft Tissue & Sport Chiropractic for rehabilitation and biomechanical correction
- Knowledgeable in the appropriate times and manners to use all additional modalities
- Knowledgeable in the expectations for results for all acute, post-acute, pain-free, and strengthening patients
- Knowledgeable in all methods and content of home education provided to patients
- Consistently training to improve the skill set necessary to achieve the best results
- Must treat all other employees with dignity and respect at all times
- Assist in keeping all treatment areas clean and presentable
- Knowledgeable in how to schedule all patients
- Knowledgeable in how to use ChiroTouch for all aspects of patient management
- Knowledgeable in how to verify insurances and present information to patients
Qualifications
- High School DiplomaRequired
- College Degree Recommended
- Personal Training Certification Recommended
- Previous experience recommended
- Proficient in all Microsoft tools
Pay range
$16-18/hour depending on skill set and experience
