Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants.
- Implement our engaging Frog Street curriculum.
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
- Introduce children to age-appropriate activities.
- Attend to children’s basic needs, including feeding, diapering, and dressing.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized classroom.
- Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers.
- Complete daily reports for each child.
- Follow all state childcare licensing regulations and requirements.
- Participate in Class Observations and utilize TSGold for child assessments.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a licensed childcare setting is preferred (training available).
- CDA or Ancillary certification is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and engage in various physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, dancing, and singing.
