Southern Health Partners is currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Peach County Jail in Georgia. This position offers the opportunity to practice meaningful nursing care in a structured, secure clinical environment where teamwork, professionalism, and compassion guide everything we do.
Correctional nursing allows you to focus on patient care while utilizing a wide range of clinical skills and critical thinking in a setting that values safety, organization, and collaboration.
Location: Peach County Jail – Georgia
Position: Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse
Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shift Rotation | Alternating Weekends
Sign On & Retention Bonus Available
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Conduct patient assessments and respond to sick call requests
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team
Assist with health screenings, evaluations, and documentation
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with policies
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and facility staff to coordinate patient care
