Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Warehouse Associate to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations within our supply chain network. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of warehouse management systems, and a proven track record in process improvement and operational efficiency. This role is vital in ensuring seamless inventory control, logistics coordination, and overall warehouse performance to support our company's growth and customer satisfaction.
SHIFT HOURS: 5AM-Until M-F
Duties
- Fulfill role of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Operate scanners and software program for inventory management
- Pass written interview test to test management expertise
- Pull orders, stack and wrap pallets
- Coordinate with warehouse managers for daily tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards related to lift operation, warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving protocols.
- Operate a walk behind lift and tow motor to move and distribute pallets
- Organize inventory pallets into freezer at -10 degrees F
- Stage production Lines with ingredients while keeping up with inventory system
Experience
- Must have 5+years in warehouse experience
- Must be able to pass our written exam during interview process
- Must provide 2 work references from prior job
- Must provide 2 personal references
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
