As we continue to expand, we are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates looking to build a career in hormone therapy, peptides, and medical weight loss with strong mentorship and advancement opportunities.
Position Overview
The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with our clinical leadership team to provide high-quality patient care for individuals seeking hormone optimization, peptide therapies, and weight loss treatments.
This position includes comprehensive hands-on training and mentorship to ensure success and confidence in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clinic providers
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, benefits, and risks
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Perform routine clinical procedures and injections
- Accurately document patient encounters within the electronic medical record system
- Maintain exceptional patient care and patient satisfaction standards
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Work at any of the 5 locations
- Participate in ongoing education and training related to hormone therapy, peptides, and weight management
Qualifications/Education
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Licensure
- Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license
- DEA
Experience
- No prior experience required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
