Ahn Point Wellness is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and highly organized Registered Nurse for a full-time position within our physician-led integrative and longevity medicine practice in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
This role is ideal for a nurse who is interested in IV therapy, wellness, preventive medicine, hormone health, peptides, and personalized patient care. The Wellness Nurse will provide hands-on clinical support while also helping patients understand and follow their individualized treatment plans.
We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a small, collaborative practice where excellent communication and follow-through are essential.
Responsibilities
- Administer IV infusions, intramuscular injections, and other in-office treatments according to established clinical protocols.
- Assess patients before, during, and after treatments, including obtaining vital signs and recognizing any concerns that require physician evaluation.
- Educate patients about IV therapies, injections, medications, supplements, and physician-directed wellness plans.
- Support patient follow-up, including treatment questions, refill requests, prescription coordination, and ongoing communication.
- Assist with hormone, peptide, weight-management, and wellness membership workflows under physician supervision.
- Review and maintain accurate medication, allergy, treatment, lot number, and expiration-date documentation.
- Maintain clear and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
- Help coordinate laboratory testing, specimen collection, patient instructions, and follow-up care.
- Monitor clinical supplies and help maintain an organized, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
- Follow all HIPAA, infection-control, medication-safety, and clinical documentation requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the physician and administrative team to provide a seamless patient experience.
- Participate in patient outreach and help educate prospective patients about appropriate practice services when needed.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Massachusetts RN license.
- Strong IV insertion and infusion skills preferred.
- Prior experience in IV therapy, outpatient nursing, wellness, functional medicine, infusion services, emergency medicine, or another clinical setting is preferred.
- Comfortable administering injections and following detailed clinical protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, warm, and confident when interacting with patients.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or escalate concerns.
- Comfortable learning new treatments, technologies, and clinical workflows.
- Experience with electronic medical records and prescription-related communication is preferred.
- Current CPR or BLS certification. Will also needs ACLS training.

Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position with consistent weekday availability required. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation
- $45–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional commission opportunities may be available for eligible services and treatments.
