We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, takes initiative, and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
This position is located in Torrance, CA 90501.
- Check voicemail, emails, and text messages each morning.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text throughout the day.
- Process customer orders, print packing slips, and coordinate with the Shipping Department.
- Create sales orders, invoices, shipping labels, and process payments using QuickBooks.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on past-due payments.
- Provide order updates and resolve customer questions regarding orders, payments, and shipping.
- Coordinate with the Shipping Department to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with website product listings, product descriptions, inventory updates, and data entry.
- Support online marketing efforts and help create content for social media.
- Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks as requested by management.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Keep the office clean, organized, and professional.
- Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and general computer applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Positive attitude, dependable, flexible, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable appearing in photos or videos for social media and marketing when needed.
- Willing to travel occasionally within the United States for trade shows and business events.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and assist in different areas of the business.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Additional Information

- Training will be provided.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
