We are looking for a new team member who is pet-loving, friendly, caring and has a good, consistent work ethic. Job duties include greeting and assisting clients, check-in/check-out process, and communicating with clients using telephone, email, and text messaging. Other duties include scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, preparing documents, patient follow-up phone calls, refilling prepackaged prescriptions, assisting technicians as needed, and keeping an organized work area. Another especially important duty is to act as a liaison between our four veterinarians and our clients to ensure good and consistent communication. Work experience that includes occasionally assisting technicians is highly desirable. This is a part-time position. The work hours are 12:00 PM-6:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Pay is based primarily on a candidate's work experience in the small animal veterinary healthcare field.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
