HIRING REQUIREMENTS FOR INSURANCE:
- 23 Years or older
- Valid CDL Class- A
- Valid Medical card
- Read, write and speak English
- Proof of US Citizenship
- Must have at least 2 years' experience with similar equipment
- Willing to learn all trailer types
- Pass all background checks and maintain negative drug screening during employment
- No DUI's, Felony driving convictions and SAPP in the last 5 years
- MVR Violations in last 36 months must be no more than 3 minor or combination of 1 minor and 1 major.
COMPANY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL DRIVERS:
- Compliant with Samsara Electronic logs
- Maintain at least 90% on time deliveries using PortPro
- Capable of using mobile phone or tablet for communication and delivery confirmations.
- Available to work in variety of shifts if needed
- Able to work in all weather conditions safely
- Able to secure loads with zip-ties, straps, lilners, etc- when needed
- Report and update paperwork for trucks and trailers
- Daily pre-trips for all equipment used
- Report defects to shop
- Uphold to the POD Handbook Policies and Procedures
- Team player, strong work ethic, dependable and great attitude
- Maintain a healthy professional relationship with office employees, co-workers and customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain truck and trailers with DOT pre-trip inspections and report defects to maintenance
- Keep tractors and trailer clean
- Maintain a clean safety record while employed
- Safely pick-up and drop off freight to yards, warehouses, ports or customers
- Able to take photos and follow accident reporting procedures
- Arrive and deliver freight on time
- Follow City and State laws and ordinances
- Follow Company policies and procedures
- Follow FMCSR Guidelines

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per week
