We're an insulation crew looking for a helper who can give us three solid days a week. Not a warm body for one job — someone who wants to stick around.
What You'll Actually Do
- Help install insulation in homes: attics, walls, and crawlspaces
- Run hoses, move material, set up and clean up, keep the jobsite tight
- Learn the trade from guys who've done thousands of these
No experience needed. If you show up on time and work, we'll teach you the rest.
The Schedule
- Three days a week minimum, and we need to know which days so we can plan around you
- You tell us your availability — whether that's around classes, another job, or anything else — and we build your days from it
- You'll know your schedule a few days to a week ahead. No day-of scrambling
- Weekdays mostly. Occasional Saturdays if you want the extra hours
- Some weeks are single days, some are several in a row depending on the job
