NOW HIRING: SERVERS @ INSSA KOREAN GASTROPUB (PDX)
We’re looking for friendly, high-energy individuals to join the front-of-house team at Inssa Korean Gastropub, a newly opened, trend-forward Korean fusion restaurant in PDX
Our ideal candidates are enthusiastic, adaptable, and team-oriented. Prior serving experience is a plus, but not required — if you’re eager to learn and grow with us, we’d love to meet you!
Requirements:
- English proficiency (required)
- Korean or Chinese language skills (preferred)
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ years old
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a positive, professional attitude
- Take orders and answer questions about menu items
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables, reset, and maintain a clean dining area
- Communicate closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Contribute to the overall vibe and guest experience at Inssa
