Business Development Manager – Healthcare
[ Summary ]
Lead the launch and growth of a new cross-border healthcare service connecting U.S. patients with high-quality and cost-effective healthcare in Japan.
Working directly with the CEO, this role will own business development, sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations across B2C, B2B, and insurance channels.
[ Essential Duties ]
・Lead the launch and expansion of a new healthcare service in the U.S.
・Build and manage landing pages, website, CRM, payment systems, and other operational infrastructure with external vendors
・Develop patient acquisition strategies through information sessions, webinars, and other marketing activities
[ Working Hours / Working style ]
Full-time, Monday–Friday
In-office position with a startup-style, hands-on working environment

[ Salary / Benefit ]
$85K–$130K/year, depending on experience and qualifications

[ Qualifications ]
・3+ years of professional experience in the U.S.
・Proven B2B sales experience with businesses, insurers, healthcare providers, or similar organizations
・Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously
・Native-level or fully fluent English
・Strong communication and relationship-building skills
・Ability to adapt and execute in a startup or rapidly changing environment
・Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward
Preferred Qualifications:
・Experience in healthcare, medical coordination, or insurance
・Japanese language skills
・Experience launching or operating SaaS or subscription-based businesses
・Experience using CRM or marketing automation tools
・Cross-border business or multinational team experience
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
