Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, adhering to fine dining standards.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle food safely and follow all health regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Participate in banquet services and catering events as required.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in serving, food preparation, catering, or banquet services is a plus.
- Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities and food safety regulations is beneficial.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
