Sky Zone Team Member

Job Summary
Sky Zone Team Members are the face of the park and play an important role in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for every guest. Team Members interact with guests, maintain a clean and energetic environment, enforce safety guidelines, and help ensure that every visit is memorable.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service to guests of all ages.
● Welcome guests and assist with check-in, waivers, memberships, parties, and general questions.
● Monitor attractions and activities to ensure guests follow all safety rules.
● Keep the park, attractions, party rooms, and common areas clean and organized.
● Assist with birthday parties, special events, camps, and other park activities.
● Help create a fun, energetic atmosphere while maintaining a professional attitude.
● Communicate safety instructions clearly and confidently.
● Respond appropriately to guest concerns and seek management assistance when needed.
● Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
● Follow all Sky Zone policies, procedures, and safety standards.
● Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
● Must be friendly, outgoing, dependable, and comfortable working with children and families.
● Strong communication and customer-service skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment.
● Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
● Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
● Previous customer service, childcare, recreation, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements
● Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
● Ability to move throughout an active trampoline park environment.
● Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry items as needed.
● Ability to respond quickly to safety situations and emergencies.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
