Pay:
- Foreman: $40-$45/hr DOE
- Level 2 & 3 Operators: $37-$42/hr DOE
- Overtime Available

Allstates Consulting Services is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators and Foremen to support large-scale underground utility and telecom infrastructure projects in the Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio markets. These projects include deep excavation, conduit installation, manholes, and utility construction supporting major data center developments.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of heavy construction equipment on underground utility projects.
- Perform deep trench excavation (12–15 feet) around existing live utilities.
- Install conduit, manholes, and related underground infrastructure.
- Adapt quickly to operating different types of heavy equipment as project needs change.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures, including trench protection requirements.
Foreman Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews on underground utility projects.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and utility prints.
- Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, Construction Managers, engineers, inspectors, and customers.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4–10+ years of heavy equipment or utility construction experience (Foreman).
- Experience with deep excavation and trench box systems, including double-stack trench boxes.
- Experience working around energized or live underground utilities.
- Utility, telecom, or underground infrastructure experience required.
- Data center construction experience is a strong plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
