Internship
- Participate in independent and project‑based assignments that build confidence, ownership, and hands‑on experience
- Contribute to meaningful projects where intern work has a visible impact on team operations and organizational initiatives
- Strengthen technical, professional, and career‑specific skills through real‑world exposure to a corporate healthcare environment

- Work with a mentor whose role and experience align with the intern’s long‑term career goals, providing guidance and individualized support
- Perform duties such as photocopying, printing, assembling patient education folders, laminating documents.
- Maintain a professional appearance and safe workflow by assuring that boxes, work materials, personal items, and equipment are put away promptly and not left in walkways or common areas.
- Stock supplies in all copy/work areas, coffee/water stations, and breakrooms throughout the office. Inventory supplies at least weekly to maintain adequate par levels.
- Clean and organize conference rooms according to protocol.
- Assist with the assembly of patient prep kits in preparation to mailing
- Prepare prep kit supplies to be distributed to MNGI sites
- Assist with processing incoming mail from multiple sources and distribute to the correct departments.
- Assist with processing all outgoing mail including but not limited to result letters, prep packets, statements and recall letters to be mailed to patients.
- Any and all other duties as assigned

The employee may be required to lift and transport items up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. Employees may be required to travel to other company locations due to staffing and training needs.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee works in an office environment. The employee is exposed to a computer monitor daily.
