Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman/Supervisor to lead field crews, coordinate project schedules, and ensure quality installations in compliance with the NEC, OSHA, and project specifications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience running crews on medium-to-large electrical construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead crews of electricians and apprentices on active job sites
- Plan, coordinate, and delegate daily tasks to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents for installation requirements
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards
- Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors regarding project progress
- Track labor hours, materials, and change orders as needed
- Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen in technical skills and jobsite professionalism
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve installation issues efficiently
Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 2+ years in a foreman/supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and electrical construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekends as required by project deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
