Seafood Counter Associate
SmartTalent is partnering with a well-known seafood market in Bellevue, WA, to find enthusiastic individuals to join their customer service and seafood counter team. This fast-paced role requires keen attention to detail, quick thinking, and reliability. LOCATION: Bellevue, WA
PAY: $25 - $30 + tips *Pay rate depends on experience
SCHEDULE: Store hours are Monday – Sunday, 10AM – 8PM, working 5 to 10 hour shifts. Must be flexible and willing to work weekdays and weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by providing fair and courteous service.
Follow all store policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service and products.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or deli.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knife cutting experience required.
- Seafood knowledge is a plus!
